Shipment of the Merchandise

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through TNT with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer the certified delivery via TNT Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items

1. Return of unwanted products (withdrawal):

To withdraw from the contract you have 7 (seven) calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the product, unless the right of withdrawal can not be exercised on that product. 2. Return of damaged products in the transport:

It is your responsibility to check the perfect condition of the packaging and seals before signing the delivery note. 3. Return of broken or damaged items:
