Any order made to www.factorled.com necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Sales Conditions of FACTORLED in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by FACTORLED.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
2. By default, orders will be saved in your www.factorled.com account, in the Order History section.
3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no exit, nor delivery of orders for transportation reasons.
4. Notwithstanding its delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.
5. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
6. We can make direct shipments from Asia to any country in the world.
As a general rule, orders are sent by the transport agency within 24/48 hours after receiving the payment, the tracking number will be automatically sent to your email account. For some populations 48/72 hours.
To ensure you a better service and a better service from the transport agency with which we work, all shipments will be insured. The amount of the insurance is 1% of the tax base of your order (visible in the purchase process of our website), which is calculated automatically and with no option to deactivate.
In case you do not agree with these conditions, you have the possibility to send your own transport agency, selecting the option "Pick up in Store" and indicating it in the comments of the order. Example: "The transport agency XXXX will pick up".
Returns and cancellations policy
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.factorled.com within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased, including the original packaging or packaging. No product handled by the customer, misuse, breakage, etc. will be exchanged or credited. in this case you will lose all guarantee.
If the product is in good condition, but the box, plastic or packaging in which it is included is in poor condition, no refund will be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return, will be managed by factoring through our messaging service. Depending on the type of return the shipping or collection costs will be paid by the customer (see cost table).
Due to company policy, cash returns will not be made, a discount voucher applicable in the online store will be generated.

For the cancellation of an order you must send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number. If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. FactorLED is not responsible for damages caused by non-professional installation, products modified or manipulated by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, manipulation and / or short circuits, apparent signs of incorrect treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced, must always correspond to the one sent by FactorLED attached to the delivery note and / or the invoice.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by external factors such as voltage ups or downs, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental falls or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by FactorLED. The warranty does not cover wear and tear for hours or the improper use of hours, or breakdowns caused by improper installation or handling and storage. Failure due to attrition, misuse and negligence before or during use. The guarantee does not cover claims for natural loss of brightness or degradation of brightness.

It is important that the returns to the technical support are made perfectly packaged and protected, without stickers or labels in the original packaging of the products. In the event that the product arrives at our facilities with damages attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. For this you must use the original packaging and protections. If you do not have it, use a sturdy box with enough size to allow the introduction of the equipment with ease, and under, over and around it, put enough protection material, (bubble paper or paper balls or foam , etc.), which prevents the movement of the equipment inside the box. The guarantee period is based on a maximum operation of 4,000 hours / year at an ambient temperature of 25 ºC and with 50 mm of space around the body of Led Products, depending on the power of the product.
- This warranty only covers products applied in the uses for which they were conceived or "normal use" defined as follows:The operating conditions are in accordance with the information reflected in the Products and their packaging.
- The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range of -20 ° C to +40 ° C.
- The relative humidity in the installation must never exceed 90%; neither should the IP category of the Product, if applicable, be exceeded.
- The products must operate in an open luminaire, with a minimum of 50mm of space around the body of the products.
- The electrical installation in which the Product operates must not be subject to voltage fluctuations within a range exceeding 230 V +/- 10%.
Special conditions of electronic signs:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the parts that make up the screen, but not in the labor of the replacement, nor does it cover damage from vandalism and inclement weather. The guarantee does not cover travel to the place where the electronic screen has been installed. FactorLED does not guarantee that the finishes of different batches coincide in color or textures except for what is acceptable in commercial terms. The use of the electronic screen alters the color of the same over time, so the replacement of a new plate will never be exactly the same degree of color even if they are exactly the same. The diodes suffer wear with the passage of time, it will be considered that a plate that composes a screen will be replaced in warranty period when the Blind index exceeds 20% of the diodes that compose it. This warranty does not include inadequate protection, such as placing a screen for indoor use in full sunlight, radioactive rain caused by industrial processes, smog or contamination, bird droppings, acid rain, heat wave, flooding, hurricanes, hail, landslides. Everything that is not expressly covered is considered excluded from this guarantee.
