LOLA Linear Batten Light: building continuous lines on the ceiling

The LOLA Linear Batten Light is a surface fitting that screws to the ceiling and comes in four lengths, designed to be joined together and cover long runs without depending on a made-to-measure piece.

How the sections combine

The lengths of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 m work as modules. You take the total measurement of the run and divide it up: the 2 m sections cover the bulk of the line and the 0.5 and 1 m ones fine-tune the ends so the line starts and finishes exactly where it should. Measure the ceiling before deciding the split and check that the total matches the real distance.

What to plan for on the supply side

Each section is a fitting and needs its own supply point. Before buying, settle the number of units per finish and length, and go over the route of the electrical line and the outlet points in the ceiling with your installer.
