KIRUNA Linear Pendant Light: 1.91 m in a single piece

KIRUNA is a 1.91 m linear LED pendant built as a single piece, available in silver and black finishes, with 40 W and colour temperatures of 2700K, 4000K and 6000K. Almost two metres of continuous line of light without resorting to chained modules.

A line with no visible joints

When a long line is put together by adding sections, joints appear: small breaks in the profile and in the light output itself that show up above all when you look at the fitting head-on or at an angle. By solving the 1.91 m in a single body, KIRUNA removes that problem at the root. The result is a clean stroke, with a continuous diffuser and no shifts in tone or shadows at the splices.

What that means for handling and installation

The trade-off of the one-piece format is handling it. Worth keeping in mind:

• It needs clear space to manoeuvre the packaging through to the installation point
• Fitting it with two people is recommended so the profile is not strained
• The suspension points must be aligned and levelled along the whole length
• There are no joints to adjust: alignment is corrected with the cables alone

Finishes, wattage and colour temperature

The silver and black finishes give two different readings: silver blends the fitting into light-coloured ceilings and black cuts it out as a defined line. With 40 W and a choice of 2700K, 4000K and 6000K, the same piece works for a warm atmosphere or for a clearly neutral light.
