Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the transport agency. With this number, you can check the delivery status in real-time on the carrier's website.
Receiving the Goods
It is very important that you check the condition of the packaging upon receiving your order. If you detect any dents, breaks, or signs of tampering, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing (e.g., "Package damaged, pending review").
If, upon opening the package, you find that any of the products are damaged, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt so we can manage the incident.
