Orders
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time from the "My Orders" section in your customer account. Additionally, we will send you email notifications each time your order status changes (confirmed, shipped, delivered).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you can request to modify or cancel it by contacting our Customer Service. If it has already been shipped, you will need to process a return once you receive it.
Products
What type of warranty do the products have?
All our new products have a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, which covers any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
I'm not sure which light fixture I need, can you advise me?

Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume of the order, and delivery area. You will be able to see the exact cost during the checkout process, just before confirming payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for the Peninsula is 24-48 working hours. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and other destinations, delivery times may vary. Check our Shipping and Deliveries page for more information.
Returns
How can I return a product?
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it if you are not satisfied. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Visit our Returns page for the complete process.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged?
If you receive a product damaged in transit, it is very important that you note it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within a maximum of 24 hours so we can manage the incident as soon as possible.
