General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Identifying Data and Object

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&Cs") regulate the purchase of products offered on the website https://www.factorled.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by MICRO SINE, S.L. (hereinafter, "Factorled"), with NIF B87792578 and registered office at C/ Ronda, 14, 28320 Pinto (Madrid).

Placing an order on the Website implies the unreserved acceptance by the customer (hereinafter, the "User") of these T&Cs, as well as our Privacy Policy , and Cookie Policy.

2. Purchase Process

To place an order, the User must follow the online purchase procedure below:

• Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the "Shopping Cart".
• Review the cart and proceed to "Checkout".
• Fill in the form with contact, shipping, and billing information.
• Select the shipping and payment method.
• Accept these T&Cs and confirm the order by clicking the button with the corresponding payment obligation.

After confirmation, the User will receive an email acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase. The contract will be considered formalized upon receipt of said email.

3. Products and Prices

All product prices indicated on the Website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, , which will be detailed during the purchase process and must be accepted by the User before confirming the order.

Factorled reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is registered.

4. Payment Methods

The User may pay for their order by choosing any of the following methods. You must indicate your choice during the purchase process:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer.

Factorled uses secure payment gateways to ensure the confidentiality of payment data.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are indicated in working days. They are specified for each product and confirmed during the purchase process. Factorled is not responsible for delays that may occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.

It is the User's responsibility to check the integrity of the package and its contents upon delivery. Any anomaly (damaged product, missing merchandise, etc.) must be reported to Factorled within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.

If at the time of receiving the goods by the carrier you notice missing merchandise or damage to the packaging, you must indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will give you and notify FactorLED immediately and in writing through your account in an RMA, you can access it through this link Returns

The loss or deterioration of the merchandise during transport will not be the responsibility of FactorLED, but of the transport agency itself. This incident will be covered by transport insurance. Any claim related to transport and after 48 hours of receiving it will be rejected.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the User has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the User must notify Factorled of their decision via email at info@factorled.com. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and without having been used beyond mere inspection of its good condition.

Once the product has been received and checked, Factorled will refund the total purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 15 calendar days. The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the User.

No product that has been handled by the customer, misused, broken, etc. will be exchanged or refunded. In such cases, all warranty will be lost. As company policy, no cash refunds will be made; a discount voucher applicable in the online store will be generated.

Handmade products custom-made for the customer DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, as they are custom orders manufactured to their specifications.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must send an email to administracion@factorled.com indicating the order number. If the order cancellation arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not incur any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of the order.

7. Warranties

All new products purchased on the Website have a legal warranty of up to 6 years (depending on the type of product) from the date of delivery, which covers possible non-conformities of the product, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear. To manage a warranty claim, the User must contact our customer service.

FactorLED is not responsible for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or tampered with by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, tampering and/or short circuits, apparent signs of incorrect treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by FactorLED attached to the delivery note and/or invoice.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as voltage surges or drops, abnormal product use, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental drops, or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by FactorLED.

FactorLED is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of product use, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to goods other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings. FactorLED will not be liable under any circumstances for possible failures or defects that the provided products may have.

8. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the Website, including texts, photographs, logos, icons, and images, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the property of Factorled or third parties who have licensed their use, and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. . For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from the purchase of products, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.

Likewise, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes through the European Union's online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
